CSSSHB 27(JUD) am is under Unfinished Business. HB 27 Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3028) on the following: CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 27(JUD) am "An Act relating to the duties of the Department of Health and Social Services; relating to hearings on and plans for permanent placement of a child in need of aid; relating to school placement and transportation for children in foster care; relating to foster care transition programs; relating to emergency and temporary placement of a child in need of aid; relating to transitional living arrangements for children in foster care; and amending Rule 17.2, Alaska Child in Need of Aid Rules of Procedure." and 2016-05-31 House Journal Page 3030 SENATE CS FOR CS FOR SS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 27(HSS) am S (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Millett moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSSSHB 27(JUD) am, thus adopting SCS CSSSHB 27(HSS) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSSSHB 27(JUD) am?" Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the court rule change.
